  • Hetzner congratulates four apprentices on the successful completion of their studies

    During a celebration in Gunzenhausen, Hetzner Online made it official: four apprentices finished their apprenticeships. Three of them studied Systems Integration, and one studied Office Communications; all four are now fully-fledged employees.

    The four apprentices (Marika Glasner, Lars Schmidgall, Maty Swart and Markus Veitengruber) are naturally thrilled to have completed their apprenticeships with Hetzner Online, the hosting and cloud provider. To recognize their accomplishments, CEO Stephan Konvickova and Head of People Operations Kathrin Schuster congratulated the apprentices during a ceremony, and expressed their well-wishes for the official start of their careers. They also took the time to applaud Marika Glasner, who not only finished her apprenticeship in less than three years, but also completed her studies with an astonishing 1.0 grade point average. Kathrin Schuster praised all four apprentices for their hard work and expressed her wishes for them: “May you find joy in what you do, and may you always remain engaged and curious”.

    The conclusion of the apprenticeship in July is definitely not good-bye, but rather, the beginning of an exciting new stage of their lives. All four apprentices have opted to remain at the Hetzner Online as full-fledged, permanent employees.

    “We’re proud to have such a highly-qualified team of experts who are already intimately familiar with our daily operations. And most importantly, they have all already become truly valued colleagues”, said Stephan Konvickova, as he presented each apprentice with a 3D model of a Hetzner data center.
