Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for Art. 28 of the GDPR is available now!
The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will come into effect on 25 May 2018, will apply to all countries within the European Union. All companies, businesses, and clubs that collect, store, or process personal data will be required to comply with the new unified set of regulations. We at Hetzner Online are prepared to assist you with this process. Our customers can now complete a data processing agreement (DPA) online in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR. German authorities have agreed that DPAs signed before 25 May 2018 will be valid, as will DPAs that you complete digitally.
For our web hosting products and managed servers:
Please log in with your customer account at https://konsoleh.your-server.de/ first. Then click on the menu item "Administration". You will find the DPA under "Account details; Data processing" on the left side or go directly to https://konsoleh.your-server.de/billing.php?step=5.
