    The Custom Software Installer: a new tool for our managed servers

    Our Managed Server team has just made you a time-saver: the Custom Software Installer. Use it to easily install additional software with the SSH command line.

    The basic commands for this tool are simple:  

    software install [PACKAGE]
    software upgrade [PACKAGE]
    software uninstall [PACKAGE]

    To see a full list of software packages that we have tested, just enter "software list tested". Or enter the command "software list all" to display the full list of tested and non-tested packages.
